Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Viatapass. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About Viatapass
Viatapass is an AI-powered information and preparation platform for visa applications, operated by Mr. Apisit Taoanon, based in Prachinburi, Thailand ("we", "us", "the Service").
We help users understand visa requirements, organize documents, identify potential risks, and prepare more confident applications for destinations including New Zealand, Australia, and Schengen countries.
Not Legal or Immigration Advice
Important: Viatapass is an information service and is NOT a licensed immigration consultant, lawyer, or government agency. We do not submit applications on your behalf, guarantee visa approval, or provide legal advice.
By using Viatapass, you understand and agree that:
- All guidance is for informational purposes only
- Final approval rests solely with the relevant immigration authorities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your application
- For complex cases, you should consult a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer
Account Registration
To use Viatapass, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription and Payment
Viatapass offers one-time package purchases (not recurring subscriptions). Current packages include:
- Working Holiday — THB 390 (30 days access)
- Student Visa — THB 990 (60 days access)
- Work Visa — THB 1,990 (90 days access)
- Partner/Marriage — THB 4,900 (180 days access)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. After successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased package features for the specified duration.
Prices may change. Changes will not affect packages already purchased. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
- Share your account with others or resell access
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the system
- Use the service to submit fraudulent visa applications
Intellectual Property
All content on Viatapass — including AI guidance, document templates, risk analysis algorithms, branding, and design — is owned by Mr. Apisit Taoanon and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of documents and personal information you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Viatapass available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues or third-party service outages
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
We are not liable for damages resulting from service unavailability. If a major outage significantly affects your purchased package, we may extend your access period at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Viatapass and Mr. Apisit Taoanon shall not be liable for:
- Visa application refusals, delays, or processing issues
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of opportunity, income, or travel plans
- Damages arising from inaccurate user-provided information
- Third-party services we integrate with (e.g., payment processors)
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant package in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Privacy and Data
Your privacy matters. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international standards.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at founder@viatapass.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:
- First, by good-faith negotiation between the parties
- If unresolved within 30 days, by the competent courts of Thailand
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Thai law.
