Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of Viatapass. If the service doesn't work as described or you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your package, we want to make it right.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided:
- You have not generated more than 3 AI eligibility checks
- You have not downloaded any generated documents
- The request is made in good faith
Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds may be granted for the following reasons:
- Technical issues — the service is unusable due to bugs or downtime
- Service not as described — features significantly differ from what was advertised
- Accidental purchase — duplicate or unintended transaction (within 24 hours)
- Unauthorized charge — fraud or charge without your consent
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in these cases:
- Visa application was refused by immigration authorities
- You changed your mind after using the service substantially
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information that affected results
- The package access period has expired
- You violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at founder@viatapass.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase and package name
- Order/receipt number (if available)
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your bank/card issuer).
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or service credit instead of a full refund — for example, if you've used part of the service but encountered significant issues mid-way.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
Currency and Fees
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (Thai Baht). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable by Viatapass.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
