Does Viatapass submit my visa application?+

No. Viatapass helps you prepare. Submission is always done by you, through the official immigration website.

Is Viatapass legal advice?+

No. Viatapass provides AI-assisted preparation guidance. For complex cases, consult a licensed immigration adviser.

Which countries are supported?+

New Zealand, Australia, and the Schengen Area. We're expanding coverage.

What visa types are supported?+

Tourist, Student, Work, Partner/Marriage, Family/Dependent, and Working Holiday.

What payment methods?+

Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay — handled securely via Stripe.

Will my documents be safe?+

Yes. All documents are stored in encrypted Supabase Storage with row-level security. You can delete them any time.

What happens after my package expires?+

Your data remains available read-only. Renew or upgrade to regain AI features.

Can I get a refund?+

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used AI features. Contact support@viatapass.app.
